About Emergency Response Systems

Emergency Response Systems Ltd (ERS) is a well established private ambulance service, training provider and international role specialist. ERS is located South of Bristol and despite its active involvement primarily in the South West of England, ERS operates Euro wide, offering various specialist services to the wider community.

ERS was formed in February 2005 and have shown continually growth since. The company recently acquired a newly built premise inclusive of offices, training classrooms, impact areas, garage units as well as maintenance units and fuel storage. ERS also have access to a number of satellite units throughout the South West and further afield.

ERS operates as part of the private health care services, working closely with the local and wider community and alongside the statutory services in providing an efficient service through transport, training and event cover. Our mission statement; ‘Caring Across All Communities’ emphasises the value we place on supporting the local community and stresses the importance of striving to exceed expectations without forgetting the user.

ERS operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering a range of services to accommodate a variety of requests. The main divisions include;
